Hotel Policies
In these terms, "customer" and "you" refers to a https://staymaker.in/ customer who has transacted with Staymaker, "we" and "Staymaker" interchangeably refers to Staymaker Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.

A valid original Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Aadhar Card . Without valid original ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card. Only original Photo Id will be accepted at the time of check-in. Photocopy or Soft Copy of ID proofs will not be accepted.

In case suitable proof of identification is not presented at check in, the accommodation can be declined to guests posing as a couple. Staymaker will not be responsible for any check in declined by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason and Staymaker shall not be able to process any refund. Allowing unmarried couples is with total discretion of the hotel. Kindly check with the hotel in advance if unmarried couples are allowed. Kindly check the children policy in advance , as the children prices will be distinct for different hotels/resorts.

Reservation is confirmed only for dates chosen. Early check in or late check-out shall be subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly for early check in or late check out. If you don't check-in to the hotel at the time on your reservation voucher and you do not alert Staymaker well within the free cancellation time frame, the advance collected for your reservation would be forfeited automatically and cancellation charges as per the hotels cancellation policy would apply. In case you avail of the Website's hotel reservation service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the hotel reservation selected by you will stand cancelled and Staymaker would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard. Extra bed can be accommodated with a folding cot or a mattress, subject to room size & availability and may be chargeable.

Hotel may check the room condition at the time of your check-out and can charge you if there is damage to the property of room Conditions found unsatisfactory. Your special requests would be passed on to the hotel and those shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the concerned hotel. We shall not be liable for any discrepancy in such services or in the performance or consequences of such services. In case of any amendment (date change) in your hotel reservation, Staymaker would inform and advise you about the availability and applicable new rates. Amendments/Cancellations of booking can only be made by Staymaker. The hotel cannot modify your booking or process refunds for bookings made at the special Staymaker rates. Such amendments/cancellation of booking shall be according to the respected hotel policy. Please read the hotel policy before booking.

The refund shall be credited to the same payment mode by which the payment was received. Any special offer being provided by Staymaker shall be governed by the specific terms & conditions of such special offer as displayed on the Website. Standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on https://staymaker.in/ shall also apply.

Pay at Hotel

Pay at hotel is valid for selected hotels only. After booking a hotel online on Staymaker, the hotel may ask the guest to make partial prepayment a few days before the check-in to guarantee the booking, per hotel's T&C. The remaining amount needs to be paid by the guest at the hotel. Guests might be asked to pay in cash if the credit card machine at the hotel is absent or not functional.

If the guest plans to check-in at the hotel late or early from check-in time selected, they must inform the hotel in advance. The hotel can release the room in case you have not checked-in under 20 minutes of check-in time selected and have not informed the hotel about your late check-in. Offers/Discounts may not be applicable on bookings made using the "Pay at Hotel" option.

Some hotels might ask to pay complete amount at the time of check-in; denial of paying security deposit, may lead to hotelier not allowing check-in. Guest must pay full amount at time of check-in; hotel's payment cannot be withheld by customer in any case after completing stay.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type or hotel. Please check the policy associated with your room/hotel.


Refund Policy

In case of refund applicable on a booking, refund amount shall be paid to the customer within 14 working days of booking cancellation.

You can pay now or you can pay at the hotel if your selected hotel has this option.
