1. Reservation Guarantee is the assurance provided by Staymaker company for its customers who make reservations at Staymaker hotels from Staymaker platform (Staymaker website or app) only. Bookings made in any Staymaker hotel from any other platform/ Online travel agent apart from Staymaker website /app will not hold good for Reservation Guarantee offer.
2. If a reservation is made from Staymaker website/app at any Staymaker hotel and if the customer is denied check-in at the property, customer can avail the benefit of Reservation Guarantee and get twice the amount of first day room tariff as refund. No other case shall be considered as booking denial. Cases like not liking the room or location not good or a few minutes waiting time or any other reason due to which the customer themselves choose not to stay at the property shall not be covered under Reservation Guarantee offer.
3. Reservation Guarantee is applicable only in case of booking denial for first day of the booking only. If a booking is made for multiple days, Reservation Guarantee offer shall be applicable for the first day of the booking only. In case a booking is made for 10 days and if this booking is applicable for Reservation Guarantee offer, twice the booking amount of the first day's room tariff shall be refunded to the customer along with the price of the balance 9 days booking.
4. Calculation example of refund amount under Reservation Guarantee:
a. If a booking is made for one day at INR 1,000 + 12% GST on it and the customer makes the payment of RS 1,120 out of which 120 Rs is the GST amount and Rs 1000 is the booking amount excluding tax. If this booking gets denied, the refund amount the customer will get under Reservation Guarantee offer is 2x1000 + GST amount paid which is total of Rs 2,120 and not Rs 2,240.
b. If a booking is made for 10 days at per day price of INR 1,000 + 12% GST on it and the customer makes the payment of RS 11,200 out of which 1200 Rs is the GST amount and Rs 10000 is the booking amount excluding tax. If this booking gets denied, the refund amount the customer will get under Reservation Guarantee offer is (2x1000)+(9x1000) + GST amount paid which is total of Rs 12,200.
