At Staymaker, we are committed to transparency and clarity in all our guest communications. Please read the following policy carefully before making your reservation.

General Policy

No Refunds on Cancellations:
Staymaker follows a strict no refund policy across all properties. Once a booking is made, any cancellation—regardless of timing—will not be eligible for a refund.

No Time Limit for Cancellations:
As refunds are not applicable, guests may cancel their bookings at any time. However, this will not entitle them to any partial or full refund.

Communication and Responsibility

No Official Communication on Refunds:
Staymaker does not advertise or promise refunds through any of our official platforms or communication channels.

Property-Level Exceptions:
In rare cases, individual properties may engage in offline or informal communications with guests regarding refunds or cancellations. Please note that any such discussions or commitments are made independently by the property and are not the responsibility of Staymaker.

Any goodwill gestures, exceptions, or refunds made at the property’s discretion are governed solely by the property's internal policies, and Staymaker holds no obligation to honor or enforce them.
