I stayed 2 nights with my family. Only the road to the hotel was bad but the ambience and condition of rooms, food and pool was good. Good enough for people who wants to stay in peace and solitude and away from the hustle and bustle of city. Staffs are very cooperative and kind along with the manager Mr.Chanchal Ghosh. Overall the whole experience was wonderful and we enjoyed quite a lot in the pool. Not only kids but also elderly people will enjoy the stay here.
Felt Like a Home Away from Home Stepping into Hotel Version Regency after a long day of travel was like a breath of fresh air. From the welcoming smile at the reception to the clean, well-lit lobby — everything felt thoughtfully arranged. My room was just what I needed: comfortable bed, spotless sheets, and a peaceful vibe that helped me unwind instantly. I even had a small sitting area where I could relax with my evening tea. Little details like quick housekeeping, well-stocked toiletries, and soft lighting made a big difference. Breakfast each morning was a treat — warm, tasty, and with enough variety to start the day right. One evening, I ordered dinner from the in-house kitchen, and to my surprise, the food tasted just like home-cooked meals. Simple, fresh, and flavorful. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The staff didn’t just do their job — they genuinely cared. Whether it was helping me with directions or remembering my coffee preference, those small gestures left a lasting impression. If you’re looking for a place that balances comfort, service, and a touch of warmth — Hotel Version Regency is it. Would definitely stay again!
Clearly, four Star to be given Hotel. Good room, beautiful ambience, good pool, clean water prompt room services, good food et cetera. But there are two cons. One the way to the Hotel from the rail station is extremely remote. The card had to go through mountain climbing type muddy narrow Road to reach there. And secondly the power cut issue. A good power backup should have been always there in such a popular hotel. Overall loved everything. ❤️
We stayed at The Version Regency and loved it! The food quality was excellent and reasonably priced. The swimming pool was great, the room service was very good, and the staff were so helpful, arranging everything we needed. Whenever I visit Shantiniketan, I will always choose to stay at The Version Regency.
Room is nice but,but the bed is too much spongey. Its too far from bolpur station. But full with peace and nature. Room service, food, staff behaviour is 5 star.
