I had a very pleasant stay at The Altira Hotel. The overall service was excellent and the staff were polite and professional. I would especially like to appreciate the receptionist, Rohit, for his kind and supportive behavior. When my driver suddenly cancelled, he immediately arranged a Rapido auto for me so that I could reach the station on time. His quick response and helpful attitude made a big difference. Highly recommended for their great hospitality and service.

We visited THE ALTIRA HOTEL during our children’s football tournament in Telco stadium. Our group included family members, children, and a driver, and we arrived late at night after struggling to find accommodation and food. Even though food service was unavailable at that hour, Mr. Rohit at the reception went above and beyond to help us. He quickly arranged food for us through Zomato when we were having difficulty finding anything open late at night. The hospitality, prompt support, and caring attitude made our stay very comfortable. We truly appreciated the excellent service during a stressful time. Highly recommended THE ALTIRA HOTEL for its outstanding customer service and helpful staff!
