Rooms and Restroom were very clean but service was rude and location is near to Bus stop but very uncomfortable area. Hotel owner was very helpful and friendly staff but one of them was rude need improvement in handling customers.

Neatly managed, polite staff.
Near to Shimoga busstand, main plus point is 24/7 hot water service available.
I highly recommend this lodge..
