The rooms at this property are impeccably neat and tidy, with everything spotlessly clean and well-maintained—fresh linens, organized spaces, and a fresh scent that immediately puts you at ease upon check-in. What stands out even more is the excellent property management; they're incredibly responsive to any issues, no matter how minor. Whether it's a quick fix for air conditioning, a request for extra amenities, or even advice on local attractions, they address concerns immediately with professionalism and a smile, making your stay feel seamless and stress-free. On top of that, the on-site food is a delightful highlight. They prepare delicious, home-style meals using fresh ingredients, with flavorful vegetarian and non-vegetarian options that cater to diverse tastes. It's a convenient perk that saves you from venturing out, especially during peak tourist hours. The location is breathtaking, boasting stunning water views on two sides—gentle waves lapping at the shore right from your balcony—and a long, panoramic vista of the iconic Murudeshwar Temple in the distance. Watching the sunrise over the temple from here is magical, especially during evening aartis when the lights reflect on the sea. The property also features a refreshing swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. It operates from 7 AM to 7 PM, which is great for morning laps or afternoon dips, but I wish they could extend the closing time by a couple of hours for evening swims under the stars. That said, the main drawback is the lack of large, mature trees across the property. Without that natural shade, daytime heat can be intense, making it uncomfortable to step out from the air-conditioned rooms until late afternoon or evening. Planting more greenery would make it even more inviting year-round. Overall, it's a solid choice for a serene beachside getaway near Murudeshwar, with thoughtful service balancing the minor environmental hiccup

One of the best resort and best view , would love to visit again.. Such a professional and friendly staff. , thanks to the manager for making our trip memorable by his guidence, would refer my family and friends to visit here

Beautiful resort near murudeshwar beach.( 2.5 km). Cottages are spacious and beautifully designed, can accomodate three adults easily. Swimming pool is good and operational, few recreational activities are also there like archery etc. Kitchen is leased and managed by a vendor and they expect food to be paid for immediately however food is tasty. There is no television or phone in the rooms. Management can add few more options for entertainment. Surinder the manager is very courteous and helpful. Overall a good experience and Great value for money.
