We preferred to stay here instead of Murshidabad Town .We booked the rooms from goibibo and 4 basic rooms were allotted -Uttarbano, Vorer Alo, Indira, Swarnolata.We are not fortunate enough to get 5 star rating experience. Positive Approach:1.Tranquil ambience at the heart of city ,yet free from din and bustle.2. polite and helpful behaviour of the staff 3. predominance of Shantiniketan- flavour prevails in outward area 4.delicious and beneficial lunch 5. excellent breakfast (quality as well as quality too much) 6 wake -up song by birds and devotional music system. 7. useful toiletries provided.8. majestic gate . But Points needed to improve : 1. The photos don’t match. We, the ordinary mass, are generally impressed by photos. We also know price difference!!! So please do not paste photos of your luxury rooms , in goibibo or Make My Trip. It efficiently misguides us . 2. Obviously neat and clean , but it can be far far better. Care should to taken for cleanliness of the room. 3 the names of the rooms are poetic ,but inside is harsh. Hard bed ,no TV., (Thanks for Free Wi-Fi provision.)4. Indira is very very small (not145 sq. ft as informed. ) and its bathroom is also very small. Light disturbance in Adhare Alo. Uttarbano’s ply-bed and Swarnalata's door are not up-to-the mark. 4. No exhaust in toilet!!!! So the foul smell roams around the room. That’s why not 5star rating .4.60 is from me. Photos should properly match with property. Otherwise we may become disheartened.Otherwise Ok.
