We have experienced a very good service and ambience. Foods are testy and they serve everything very freshly prepared. Rooms are clean bathroom is well equipped and clean. Staffs are polite and friendly . Highly recomended if any one have to stay at Haldia for any reasons.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hotel room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens felt luxurious. I especially appreciated the modern amenities, fast Wi-Fi, and the amazing view from the window. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with quality toiletries, and housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions—yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Overall, I felt the hotel offered great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

"I had ordered dal tadka but received plain dal, so I gave a 1-star review. The management called and apologized for the mistake. Their behavior was good, so I’m updating my rating. I hope the kitchen improves the food quality. Rooms and cleanliness are fine."

Foods are good quality and fresh cooked. Rooms are also good and clean. Service are too slow due to less quantity of the staffs.
