I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The front office staff were exceptional—they assisted me with a late check-in at 12:30 a.m. and truly went above and beyond, so I’d rate them 10 out of 5. However, the room maintenance left much to be desired. Although the room was clean, the bed cover and bed were torn and a bit dirty. This area definitely needs improvement, so I’d rate it 2.5 out of 5. On a positive note, the bathroom was excellent—clean and well-maintained. I’d give it 5 out of 5. The food was average; while some dishes were good, others, like the chili chicken, were too sweet and not up to standard. I’d rate the food 3 out of 5. Overall, there are some strong points, but there’s room for improvement in other areas.

Rooms are Small but cost efficient and updated. Overall if you can adjust in a small room it is best as they offer rooms at a very low price.
The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I enjoyed relaxing by the sparkling pool and indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling.Overall, my experience at Royal Retreat was truly unforgettable. The attention to detail, exceptional service, and luxurious accommodations exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a regal and indulgent getaway
