We hosted a family party at this hotel. Hotel ambience is ok ok. Staff are well behaved. Thy can gv little more focus on clean chair cover and carpet. Many chiar covers were dirty when I told thm thy replaced. Quality of food is ok. But thy hav le not served proper bowls to hv sweets and even proper spoons were not there. When pointed out thy provided immediately but by that time many guests suffered lack of bowl and spoon. At stage there were two halogen lights but one was not working, when pointed out thy told ye kharab hai. Due to which we faced less light for photography. Overall it's good hotel for small party etc but a lot of improvement may be done for better customer satisfaction.
Very clean rooms. Delicious food and all staff behaviour is marvelous
