Room- The rooms are good. All the facilities are there like geyser, AC but there was no phone in our room to get room service 😔. You have to use your own phone. Overall, it is okay. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The mirror was quite big. All the rooms have big windows to see the outside view. Although there is nothing outside to see😄. One more thing I've seen review before booked, many have written staff behaviour and room service is good. I also agree with them but few staff special for room service they were curious about what happening inside the and little bit unprofessional according to my thought and he didn't ask permission before entering inside the room. Food- Many have given reviews of the food and most of them are positive reviews. I also agree with them, their food is very good, delicious. But if those who stay here with a room order dinner from them, the experience is a little different. There is no good service at night like during the day. The plates they serve are of very low quality and the price of the food is also high.

Dui Kanya Hensel Ghor is a good option for staying in Santiniketan. Location is near "Amar Kutir". The surrounding is peaceful specially at night. Rooms are spacious, clean and enough lighted but there is no intercom system. This problem must be solved for better communication. Food quality is very good. They serve in hygienic way. Staffs are very helpful and their behaviour is also good. But they need to be more professional about room services and billing.

Had a amazing finger licking lunch at dui kanya. We ordered 2 veg thali which included ghee,salad,papad, rice, dal, saag, aalu posto, phulkobi torkari, chutney, payesh. Totally loved all the items. In such rush the staffs had given very good service. Totally loved the place. Will definitely visit again on our next trip to bolpur.

We stayed for 3 nights.Rooms are well maintained and clean.Quite spacious.Value for money. Food quality and it's taste is really good and at a reasonable price. Since huge no of people visit only for its food hence restaurant and crowd management is the only area they need to improve little bit. Staff behaviour is good and they are responsive whenever was needed. Don't forget to visit their adjacent store to explore the beautiful collections. Recommend for a comfortable stay and good food.

I just stayed here for last 2 days. Had a wonderful memories with a Professional Staff & Manager. Homely Atmosphere. Delicious Food with Unlimited (Thali) Service. Served on the Brass Utensils. Room Tariff is also reasonable with Neat & Clean Services. Just Location is Isolated from the City. Rooms - 4.0/5 Food & Decoration - 5/5 Staff Behaviour - 4.5/5 Location - 3/5 Service - 4/5 Overall Experience is Excellent. 4.5/5
