We stayed here with kids for a night. Overall good experience.
Staff is good and responsive from the time of booking till check out.
However had to remind once again for hot water during early morning though it was said it will come after 5am. We had to personally go and tell them around 5:45am for the same.
Otherwise good cleanliness (though not great), and no disturbance from other rooms.
Worth for the money I would say, not luxurious or very good. Precisely, Above average or good for a middle class family.

The location is good, with a good view of the mountain and near Mookambika temple but a bit away from the rush. The reception was good and did services as promised. Rooms need to be cleaned, beds, chair and windows etc but overall service and communication were good. Car parking space is there.
